American Steakhouse-Style Recipes

Steak Diane

Ingredients: 7 oz freeze-dried sirloin steak, beef broth, butter, Dijon mustard, cream, Worcestershire sauce, shallot, parsley

Instructions: Rehydrate steak in broth, sauté shallot, add mustard, Worcestershire, cream, cook steak in sauce.


 

Garlic Butter Sirloin

Ingredients: 7 oz freeze-dried sirloin steak, beef broth, butter, garlic, thyme or parsley

Instructions: Rehydrate steak, sauté garlic in butter, add steak and coat in garlic butter, serve with herbs.


 

Blue Cheese Crusted Sirloin

Ingredients: 7 oz freeze-dried sirloin steak, beef broth, blue cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil

Instructions: Rehydrate steak, bake with blue cheese and breadcrumbs at 400°F for 5 minutes.


 

Peppercorn Steak

Ingredients: 7 oz freeze-dried sirloin steak, beef broth, butter, black peppercorns, cream, brandy

Instructions: Rehydrate steak, cook with butter, black peppercorns, cream, and brandy.
